SnapTik is the name of the tool. DownloadVideoTikTok.Net is the website that runs it. Neither name belongs to TikTok, and they are not interchangeable.

What the tool is for

SnapTik exists so you can keep a copy of a public video for personal use, offline viewing, or reference. It fetches files that are already open to anyone with the link. It does not open private accounts and reveals nothing that TikTok keeps hidden.

You answer for what you download

Copyright in a video sits with whoever made it. Saving a copy transfers none of those rights to you. Reposting, editing, or monetising someone's clip without permission can be unlawful, and that risk is yours alone.

Rules differ by country as well. Private copying that is accepted in one place may not be accepted in another. Check what applies where you live before you save anything.

No guarantee of results

Nothing here is promised to work every time. TikTok changes its systems without notice and the tool can stop working the same day. Private, deleted, and region-locked videos stay out of reach. Quality follows the source file, so a low-resolution upload does not improve by being downloaded.
